No Show or Short Notice Cancellations

Cash only - At this time I do not accept credit cards.

No Show - Please be considerate and respectful of my time since it not only causes loss of income, but also disrupts the time scheduled for travel, holding your appointment without a deposit and making arrangements to fill your time slot. 

Short Notice Cancellation - Life happens, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. 

Confirmation  

I require you to download, complete and return to me the "New Client Form"  24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. By doing this, you're confirming your appointment as well as providing me time to review your health history and create your personal file.

Once I receive the completed "New Client Form" I'll email you a confirmation which includes:

Date/time of your appointment, the service you requested, and your total fee. 

Established client

You can expect to receive an email, call or text (your preferred choice), within 24 -72 hours, reminding you of your appointment. 

I respect your time and will do my utmost to notify you in advance should my schedule change.
